Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open Animora, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email babstudios.app@gmail.com from the email address on your Animora account with the subject Delete my Animora account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Deleting your account removes your Animora profile and content you own, including posts, pets, and live streams. Transaction and safety records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete data without deleting my account?

Yes. You can delete individual posts, pet records, shop listings, and other supported content from their in-app controls. To request removal of other Animora content or personal data while keeping your account, email babstudios.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject Animora data deletion request and describe the data you want removed. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Transaction and safety records may be retained only where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention and security.

How do gifts and tips work?

You can send animal gifts to creators during live streams. Verified creators receive a share of each gift, paid out securely through Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable — see our Terms.

How do I report content or block someone?

Use the report and block options available on posts, profiles, and live streams. We review reports promptly and act on anything that breaks our community rules.

The map isn't showing my location

Make sure location permission is enabled for Animora and that GPS is on. If you use a VPN on a computer, the browser may report the VPN's location — use the "Set my area" search to choose your city instead.
